Directions

Kölzow is located approximately 30 km (18 miles) east of Rostock. By car access is easy from the A20 motorway exit for Sanitz (the first exit east of the motorway intersection A19/A20). Go to Sanitz then at the first roundabout take the first exit (east) towards Grimmen (on the L19). After approx. 12 km you are in Dettmannsdorf-Kölzow.

Just before the petrol station turn right and follow the road straight on. When the road forks, keep right. About 1000 meters from the petrol station you will arrive at your destination and we can welcome you to the Manor House.

If you come by train you will come through Rostock. There you can easily change to a motor coach to Tessin. Give us a call before you leave Rostock and we shall be happy to pick you up at Tessin terminal stop.
